HTML5 Boilerplate has become one of the most popular front-end framework, and it just got even better with the launch of the version 4 on August 28, 2012.

The front-end template was already enough to have a solid HTML/CSS/JS base to build a solid design, it has now improved the code, updated the versions of jQuery, Normalize, or Modernizr. A MIT license was also added.

It you are looking to become a better and more productive web designer, I strongly suggest that you try out HTML5 Boilerplate.
