Have you looked into all of the controversy surrounding pinterest? They do things like strip the meta-data off images that are uploaded to their server and there is a clause in their contract that anything anyone pins they have the right to. Not only that but sites that are not even associated with them need to put a special code to OPT IN to their copyright, so from their point of view everything is copyright free unless they put a special code on every page of a site saying it is copyrighted.
I love all of the posts and showings of designers work, but the support you are giving this might be enough to make me look somewhere else for inspiration.
