Saturday vintage: what should our life be like?
As a Jules Vernes lover, I am a great fan of these kind of prints showing the man of 1910 what life in the year 2000 would be like. It would of course be interesting to see what people of the twenty-second century will think of our actual projects of the future. You can see more of these images there.

That’s my favourite, this guy picking up his wine is really funny and demonstrates something else that people of that time couldn’t foresee: the alcohol limitations for drivers.

Probably the very first beta version of iChat.

Well this looks really scary to me, even though I don’t know what they are supposed to be doing.

He’s obviously processing the books! So the kids dont have to read them. Books go in, information gets processed by that computer and into the kids ears.
I mean as sound, not wood paste!
