The Urban Cursor
Urban Cursor is a GPS enabled object designed to facilitate social interaction and play in public space. It was created for the Ingravid festival in Spain, and placed in a square in the city of Figueres. You can see how people interacted with it there.

Wow … I need one like that in my city !
I like the concept, at the same time I wonder if more could be done to make it more interactive maybe with some response if you “click” the cursor.
