While not revolutionnary design-wise, the Tesla car is a real game changer for the car industry. Elon Musk’s cars are the first electric car to get a significant market share. The brand also built a sophisticated system to make sure the cars are viable.
London-based designer Jans Shlapins is a big fan of Tesla’s cars, he likes them so much that he’d like to see motorbikes built with the notorious lithium batteries Tesla is known for. On his website, he shared some 3D concepts of what such a motorbike could look like.
Obviously, this is just a digital concept, but the designer went far enough for it to be truly interesting. The motorbike was built on a low aluminium frame for tight corners handling, and a space was left for electronics and the helmet where the gas tank is usually located. Will Elon Musk ever see this and care enough for starting to work on a Tesla motorbike? Probably not, but it’s a good concept anyway…
