Missouri-based artist Larysa Bernhardt works at the intersection of art, entomology, and fashion design. This unusual mix gives some surprising results made of moth sculptures embroidered with old tapestries portraying all kinds of historical figures, botanical shapes, or animals that decorate their wings.

Sold out on Etsy, the moths can still be seen on the artist’s Instagram page. These sculptures can stand on their own or hang from the wall, making them a suitable decorative item for any home.
