Justo Gallego Martinez is a former catholic month. In 1963, he started to work on building a cathedral… by himself. 52 years later, you can see the work of his life standing tall in Mejorada del Campo, a small city on the outskirts of Madrid, the capital of Spain.
Justo is now 89 years old, but still working on his cathedral. He works mostly with discarded material, the only way he could afford to create such an astonishing building.
