Well, according to Colour lovers’ blog, Kuler is entirely copied. The blog post makes sense and tends to prove that fact. The concept is exactely the same, functionnalities are the same, what else is needed as a proof?
This said, I don’t see any tangible reason for Adobe not to use this concept. The idea to create a community around colours is already inspired by other websites using tagging, sharing or rating. Digg or Delicious have been copied many times, it just aknowledges the fact that they had a great idea and should keep being innovative.
Although I totally understand the Colour Lovers’ blogger’s madness, I would suggest that they just keep on having great ideas, not get upset for thing that had to happen.
