Uji Terkuma is a talented product designer based in Lagos, Nigeria. He works as an industrial designer in the Lagos Tecno design lab, where his work focuses on the design of mobile devices and accessories.

The retro-futuristic post introduced in this blog post is an homage to Henry Dreyfuss, an iconic American designer who made his mark on industrial design in the 20th century. The 1937 Bell 302 telephone, one of Dreyfuss major projects, inspired Uji Terkuma to modernize the design and create a more contemporary version. Read more about the project on the designer’s website.
